Agreement and operator

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of Halo Flow. TechStacker LLC, operator of Halo Flow, provides the service. By creating an account or using Halo Flow, you agree to these Terms. If you use Halo Flow for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business.

The service

Halo Flow helps client service professionals manage appointments, client records, communications, workflows, and AI-assisted drafts or recommendations. Features may depend on configuration, third-party services, carrier availability, or review. Halo Flow does not guarantee that every message will be delivered, every integration will remain available, or any carrier or registration request will be approved.

Accounts and business responsibilities

You must provide accurate account and business information, keep access credentials secure, and promptly update information that changes. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that staff access is appropriate. Each business is responsible for the client information it enters, appointment decisions it makes, communications it sends, and permissions or notices required for those activities.

Acceptable use

You may not use Halo Flow to:

• break the law, infringe another person's rights, or send deceptive, abusive, or unlawful communications;
• access another business's account or data without authorization;
• interfere with, probe, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass safeguards protecting the service;
• upload malicious code or use the service to distribute spam; or
• send messages without the recipient permissions required for the relevant sender, program, content, and channel.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or third-party networks, or to address suspected misuse.

SMS appointment and service messages

By providing a mobile number and affirmatively opting in to messages from the identified business or program, users consent to receive service-related SMS communications. When a business has enabled the relevant messaging service, Halo Flow appointment and service messaging may include confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, and replies to the recipient's interactions. The customer business is the sender of its client messages; TechStacker LLC, operator of Halo Flow, provides the platform used to support delivery.

Message frequency varies based on appointments and interactions. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance, or email hello@halostudio.app. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase. Entering a phone number or agreeing to these general Terms does not by itself provide consent to receive texts. Consent must be an affirmative choice tied to the identified sender or program. If promotional or marketing texts are offered in the future, they will require separate prior express written consent. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Businesses using Halo Flow must maintain appropriate recipient consent, accurately identify themselves, honor opt-out requests, and use messaging in accordance with applicable rules. Message delivery, automatic keyword processing, and carrier approval are not guaranteed.

Halo signup texts

Halo signup texts is operated by TechStacker LLC on 337-222-3722. It sends a requested Halo signup link and replies to your requests, with no promotional follow-up texts. Message frequency varies by interaction. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase. You can create a Halo account without SMS consent.

Opt in through the web consent form and confirm from your phone, or text HALO to request a consent invitation and reply Y to enroll. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply START to request enrollment again and HELP for assistance, or email hello@halostudio.app. See the Privacy Policy. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This program does not enroll you in client messaging from a service professional or promotional marketing programs.

AI-assisted content

Halo Flow may suggest actions or draft messages based on information a user provides. These outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. The business user is responsible for reviewing an output and deciding whether it is appropriate before relying on or sending it.

Service availability and changes

We work to keep Halo Flow available and useful, but interruptions, delays, errors, and third-party service failures may occur. We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We will provide notice when practical if a material change affects normal use.
