Who operates Halo Flow
TechStacker LLC, operator of Halo Flow, provides the Halo Flow service. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when service professionals use Halo Flow to manage their businesses, appointments, client relationships, and communications.
Information we collect
Depending on how Halo Flow is used, we may process:
- Account information, including a user's name, email, profile image, and sign-in information.
- Business information, including business name, phone number, city, staff, preferences, and service settings.
- Client and contact information entered by a business or its clients, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, notes, tags, preferences, and visit history.
- Appointment information, including requested services, dates, times, duration, status, and notes.
- Message and consent information, including message content, sender and recipient details, delivery-related records, opt-in or opt-out status, and consent timestamps.
- Information submitted to Halo's assistant, including situations, instructions, and business context used to generate suggested actions or draft messages.
- Technical and usage information reasonably needed to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the service, such as session, device, request, and feature-use information.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure accounts; operate scheduling, client, messaging, and assistant features; process booking requests; generate requested drafts and recommendations; support users; diagnose problems; prevent misuse; and maintain and improve Halo Flow.
Business clients and Halo Flow
A business using Halo Flow decides what client information to collect, why it is used, and which communications to send. For that client information, the business is the sender and is responsible for its client relationships, notices, permissions, and instructions. TechStacker LLC processes that information to provide Halo Flow to the business. Clients should contact the relevant business first about its records or communications; they may also contact us when a request concerns Halo Flow itself.
Service providers and limited disclosure
We use service providers for functions such as hosting, data storage, authentication, artificial intelligence processing, communications delivery, security, and support. They may process information only as reasonably needed to perform services for us, meet legal obligations, protect the service, or respond to lawful requests. We do not sell personal information.
SMS and mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared for another party's marketing. We may disclose mobile information to service providers strictly as needed to deliver, route, secure, troubleshoot, or support the messaging service. No general data-sharing statement in this Policy overrides these SMS protections.
Phone numbers may be used to provide Halo Flow messaging, scheduling, appointment, account, and service-related communications.
When a business has enabled messaging and a recipient affirmatively opts in to that identified business or messaging program, appointment and service texts may include confirmations, reminders, changes, and replies. Message frequency varies with appointments and interactions. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase. Entering a phone number or accepting general terms does not, by itself, provide text-message consent. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance. You may also email hello@halostudio.app. If promotional texting is offered in the future, it will require separate prior express written consent.
Halo signup texts
TechStacker LLC operates Halo signup texts on 337-222-3722 separately from business-client messaging and sign-in codes. This program sends your requested signup link and replies to your requests, not promotional follow-ups. Message frequency varies by interaction. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is voluntary and not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help; support is available at hello@halostudio.app.
The web opt-in form requires an unchecked-by-default consent choice and confirmation by a text sent from the entered mobile number. Texting HALO directly requests a consent invitation; replying Y confirms enrollment. START requests a new consent invitation after an opt-out. We record the disclosure version, request time, confirmation source, and opt-out events to document your choices. Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold or shared for third-party marketing.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, protect users, and meet legal obligations. Retention may vary by information type and by instructions from the business responsible for the data. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls and tenant separation. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
Account holders can update or delete certain records within Halo Flow. To request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy assistance, contact the business that collected your information or email hello@halostudio.app. We may need to verify the request and, when a business controls the relevant client record, coordinate with that business before acting.
Policy updates
We may update this Policy as Halo Flow changes. We will post the revised version here and update its effective date.
